Responsibilities
Support RRRO in conducting BAU monitoring of regulatory reporting risk.
Participate in annual process assessments (PA) and periodic challenge reviews (CR) to identify gaps in regulatory compliance.
Communicate findings with RRRO management and team members.
Develop knowledge on standard concepts, practices, and procedures within the risk analytics field.
Adhere to applicable compliance/operational risk controls in accordance with Company or regulatory standards and policies.
Maintain internal control standards and support implementation of audit points and issues raised by external regulators.
Promote diversity and reflect the M&T Bank brand.
Complete other related duties as assigned.

Required
Bachelors degree and a minimum of 2 years related business line experience
OR in lieu of a degree, A combined minimum of 6 years higher education and/or work experience
Preferred
BA with outstanding academic credentials
One to two years work experience, preferably in Banking or other financial services companies
Excellent written and oral communication skills
Superior interpersonal and leadership talent and ambition
Advanced analytical abilities
