Responsibilities

Define the strategy for creating the Continuous Risk Monitoring Program (CRM), which would detail the approach for developing Key Risk Indicators (KRIs), and how they will be used and reported.

Work with process owners to define KPIs, to measure process operational effectiveness and efficiency.

Work with process owners to define KRIs to measure how effectively processes are mitigating privacy risk.

Work with Data Scientists and Data Engineers to build metrics and dashboards of the KPIs and KRIs that are defined with process owners.

Develop leadership reporting (e.g., weekly reporting on roadmap key results) on the operational performance and privacy risk landscape based on KPIs and KRIs.
