Responsibilities
Develop and implement the strategic vision for the Risk and Compliance practice within the region. Lead a team of professionals to deliver high-quality services.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients. Understand their needs and provide tailored risk and compliance solutions.
Help clients identify, assess and manage risks across various domains. Develop risk mitigation strategies and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
Have knowledge or experience delivering solutions for Sarbanes-Oxley compliance, information technology audit and other advisory or risk and compliance topics.
Mentor and develop team members. Foster a collaborative and inclusive work environment.
Stay abreast of industry trends and emerging risks. Provide thought leadership and contribute to the company’s knowledge base and evolution of the practice.
Enjoy networking to build strong connections with C-Suite leaders and other leaders (e.g. Chief Audit Executives/Internal Audit Leaders).
Collaborate with sales leaders and peers in other regions to present winning solutions designed to add value to clients’ needs.

Required
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance or a related field.
Minimum of 12 years of experience in risk management, compliance or a related field.
Proven track record of leadership and client management.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
In-depth knowledge of regulatory requirements and industry best practices.
Familiarity with risk management frameworks and compliance programs.
Preferred
Advanced degree or professional certifications (e.g., CPA, CISA, CIA)
