Responsibilities
Execute regular monitoring and analysis of sales activities to identify any potential sales practices concerns and escalate accurate and timely findings/results to the appropriate management, stakeholders, and Corporate Investigations, as required by established policies and procedures.
Provide support in developing, updating, and maintaining reporting mechanisms to track and report on key performance indicators related to sales practices compliance.
Provide support in the development and implementation of sales policies, procedures, and training programs to promote ethical conduct and compliance.
Participate in internal audits, compliance reviews, and regulatory exams that assess the effectiveness of sales practices and related controls.

Required
Skills- Compliance & control; Data analytics (data visualization/ SQL), auditing.
Looking for experience in Data Analytics(SQL, Data Visualization), auditing, risk and controls with banking/financial clients
Experience in a financial institution with emphasis on risk management, audit, operations, process engineering or line of business specialty and/or equivalent education, training, and experience.
Solid knowledge of risk management principles and controls, broad-based business practices, and understanding of business process and regulatory requirements.
Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage projects independently as well as in a team setting.
Strong interpersonal skills which allow effective working relationships with various levels within the organization.
Conceptual ability to analyse problems and devise solutions, including quantitative analysis and research skills.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Excellent time management and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously; ability to operate without close supervision.
Demonstrated proficiency in basic computer applications, such as Microsoft Office software products (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
