Responsibilities
Input and update Carrier Recommendations and client responses into iRex
Manage emails to iRex and Safety
Track upcoming Client Renewals
Use CoreLogic/Prometrix platforms to run Replacement Cost Valuations, Location COPE, and Natural hazard exposure information
Use D365 to pay incoming vendor invoices
Use AMS / WorkSmart to bill clients (Additional services not covered; Kellie presentations, etc)
Use WorkSmart to file all client communications into their profile, all incoming carrier reports or in-house loss control reports into their profile, in addition to any/all important information for the client into their profile

Required
High School Diploma, GED
Knowledge of construction types is a plus
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and general computer skills
Ability to work with minimal direct supervision
Ability to multi-task and prioritize
Be well organized
Good project management skills
