Responsibilities

Policy Development- provide strategic input into the development and enhancement of all WCR Policy, Standards, and Procedures, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and simplification. Proactively identify continuous improvement opportunities in the compliance and reviews of Policy and all related documents.

Policy Implementation and Enforcement- engage with Businesses and Global Functions to track and influence the implementation of WCR Policy requirements.

Regulatory Engagement- lead and participate in all regulatory engagement on WCR Policy and related documents.

Communication- coordinate with key stakeholders to roll-out timely communications, trainings, newsletters, etc.

Development Value: The successful candidate will have the opportunity to be part of a significant transformation effort with active engagement across multiple business lines.
