Responsibilities
Provide services and solutions for RMS Supply Chain/IT Portfolio and other general support, such as creating new reports, visualizations, and workflows based on business logic.
Help with leading projects and discuss with the business.
Understand business requirements/issues.
Design solutions.
Provide estimates/ROMs of work to be performed.
Develop test plans (unit test, system/integration test).
Communicate project status.
Troubleshoot production issues.
