Responsibilities
Develop and maintain the architecture for RPA solutions, ensuring alignment with business objectives and technology standards.
Design workflows using Temporal to manage complex business processes and orchestrate automation tasks.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement RPA solutions, ensuring they are scalable and maintainable.
Mentor and guide RPA developers and engineers on best practices and Temporal usage.
Work closely with business stakeholders to gather requirements and ensure alignment with business needs.
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
Strong communication and collaboration abilities.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects.

Required
10+ years of experience in RPA development and architecture.
Proficiency in Temporal and experience designing Temporal workflows.
Strong knowledge of RPA tools (e.g., UiPath, Automation Anywhere, Blue Prism).
Develop and maintain the architecture for RPA solutions, ensuring alignment with business objectives and technology standards.
Design workflows using Temporal to manage complex business processes and orchestrate automation tasks.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement RPA solutions, ensuring they are scalable and maintainable.
Familiarity with cloud services and microservices architecture.
Proficiency in any programming languages such as Python, Java, or C#.
Mentor and guide RPA developers and engineers on best practices and Temporal usage.
Work closely with business stakeholders to gather requirements and ensure alignment with business needs.
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
Strong communication and collaboration abilities.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects.
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
Preferred
Experience with other workflow orchestration tools.
Familiarity with DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines.
Certification in RPA tools and/or Temporal is a plus.
