Responsibilities
Develop rapport and build relationships with existing and potential customers
Travel to appointments and meetings with potential and existing customers within your territory
Attend scheduled Company Meetings via Zoom and In-Person (travel may be required for in-person)
Meet or exceed designated sales targets
Create and implement an effective sales strategy
Document all leads, sales, and customer interactions in customer relationship management (CRM) program
Use best practices in negotiation and sales techniques to close sales
Ability to adhere to Company Policies and Procedures

Required
High school diploma/GED required
Previous experience in outside sales
Previous experience in the Roofing Industry
Excellent negotiation and customer service skills
Strong written and verbal communication skills
A positive attitude and ability to be persistent
Self Motivating, Honest and Hardworking
Knowledge of software applications and ability to navigate apps on your cellular device/tablet
Reliable Transportation
Preferred
Bachelor’s degree
Previous experience with a CRM
