Responsibilities

Observe current state processes in Maximus operations to identify automation candidates.

Design/develop/test robotic process automation.

Facilitate change management and implementation planning efforts.

Assist with post-implementation analysis and validation activities.

Required

Bachelor's Degree

Minimum of 1-3 years of work experience (or Master's Degree to replace work experience)

Strong understanding of information technology and information systems

Strong written and verbal communication skills

Experience with managing deliverables against set timelines

A service-oriented mindset, aiming to provide value internally and to our clients wherever possible

UiPath Business Analyst Certifications

Familiarity with UiPath tool suite including Orchestrator, Studio, Document Understanding, and Ai Center

Strong proficiency in working with software applications (i.e., JIRA, Slack, Visio, Word, PowerPoint, SharePoint, Teams, etc.)

Requires an active secret clearance

Preferred

Core IT and Software Development background, including experience with key programming languages, compilers, and operating systems

Testing experience, with Test Plan creation, CIT, SIT, and UAT experience (Testers often better understand the end-to-end process of how something works)

Process improvement, process design, or development experience (Secondary to technical skills)

Proven results in process improvement and automation (reduction in cycle time, transport, labor, SLA adherence, etc)
