Responsibilities

Work alongside other engineers, designers, and product managers to tackle everything from huge company initiatives to modest but important bug fixes, from start to finish.

Collaborate with your product team on discovery, helping to assess the direction and feasibility of product changes.

Provide input on solutions, implementation strategies, and the overall direction of our app.

Implement product improvements during cycles.

Work with your team shaping (generating and vetting) product improvements for the next cycle.

Participate in a 1-3 week cool-down period for undirected work, educational opportunities, pet projects, or bug fixes.
