Responsibilities
Design, build, and maintain efficient, reusable, and reliable Ruby code.
Integrate user-facing elements developed by front-end developers with server-side logic.
Contribute to all phases of the development lifecycle.
Help maintain code integrity and organization.
Implement security measures to protect data.
Identify bottlenecks and bugs, and devise solutions to address and mitigate them.
Perform code reviews and suggest improvements.

Required
5 - 7+ years of Ruby on Rails experience
3 - 5+ years of React experience
PostgreSQL experience is a plus
MUST BE WILLING TO BE ON CALL FOR EMERGENCY SITUATIONS (VERY RARE BUT THEY COME UP)
