Responsibilities

Client Acquisition: Identify, engage, and secure new clients for our SaaS-based staffing solutions, focusing on meeting and exceeding sales targets.
Solution Selling: Present and demonstrate the value of our staffing service products to prospective clients, tailoring the approach to their unique needs.
Market Expansion: Leverage existing relationships and build new networks to expand the company’s reach and influence in the SaaS staffing space.
Account Management: Cultivate and maintain long-term relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction, retention, and opportunities for upselling or cross-selling.
Startup Agility: Embrace a dynamic environment by contributing to product feedback, strategy development, and operational improvement.
Data-Driven Approach: Track and analyze key metrics to evaluate sales performance, client engagement, and market trends, adapting strategies as needed.
Collaboration: Work closely with product, development, recruiting and leadership to ensure seamless client onboarding and exceptional service delivery.
Pipeline Management: Maintain a robust sales pipeline through diligent prospecting, follow-up, and CRM management.

Required

Demonstrated success in a startup or high-growth environment, showcasing adaptability and resourcefulness.
Existing network of clients or contacts in staffing or related industries is highly desirable.
Deep understanding of SaaS sales cycles, client challenges, and industry trends.
Exceptional relationship-building, consultative selling, and negotiation skills.
Strong presentation and communication abilities, with the capability to convey complex solutions clearly.
Familiarity with CRM tools, sales automation platforms, and other SaaS sales technologies.

Preferred

5+ years of sales experience in SaaS, with a focus on staffing or workforce management solutions preferred.
Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field preferred; equivalent experience considered.
