Responsibilities
Manage DOT-related processes, including random drug testing, MCS-150 and MCS-90 updates, and UCR registrations.
Review DOT Clearinghouse queries and forward results to hiring managers.
Maintain driver files in Concord SPARC, ensuring documents are current.
Develop and distribute monthly safety training materials.
Schedule and facilitate system training as needed.
Perform facility/site visits to identify improvement opportunities and implement solutions.
Review and evaluate the performance of Safety Managers.
Review and update company safety policies.
Create and deliver monthly Safety Metrics and Board of Directors (BOD) reports.
Process information requests from senior management and external parties.
Review and replenish safety supplies as needed.
Process field safety equipment requests, including generating POs and ordering.
Work with insurance carriers to identify improvement opportunities and provide loss run reports.
Participate in daily huddle calls with senior management.
Coordinate vendor meetings and manage office COVID-19 protocols.
Record, review, and file TS Inspections, Employee Work Observations, and Safety Training documentation.
Process and forward insurance or attorney information requests.

Required
3-5 years experience as a Safety Director or similar role
Experience in safety management, compliance, and regulatory processes.
Strong organizational and communication skills.
Knowledge of DOT regulations and workplace safety standards.
Ability to analyze data and create detailed reports.
