Required
Minimum of two years performing implementations, support, and/or end user experience with Sage 100 CRE Software.
Working knowledge of MS Office, Outlook, and proficiency with CRM tools.
Ability to successfully multi-task across projects, customers, and internal activities.
Highly enthusiastic, proactive, positive-minded, customer focused, and service-oriented.
Excellent problem solving and analytical skills.
Excellent writing, editing, listening and verbal communication skills.
Self-motivated, with willingness to learn and develop new skills.
Superior time management and organizational skills with ability to manage priorities independently.
Preferred
Bachelor's degree in accounting, information technology, quality assurance, or equivalent strongly preferred.
Experience with ConnectWise a plus
Experience in an accounting role, with knowledge of accounting concepts a plus.
