Responsibilities
Lead, coach, and mentor a sales team across the U.S. and Canada to achieve and exceed sales targets.
Develop strategies to grow new sales revenue, focusing on process manufacturing industries.
Drive the sales pipeline, from lead generation to contract negotiation and closing.
Conduct detailed product demonstrations that resonate with client needs in the process manufacturing space.
Collaborate with marketing and sales management to target key markets and industries.
Own forecasting and reporting of new business revenue, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.

Required
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience required.
Strong sales experience within process manufacturing industries.
Proven ability to build relationships and sell effectively to C-level executives and decision-makers.
Expertise in delivering tailored software demonstrations and crafting innovative value propositions to meet client needs.
Ability to negotiate and close deals under tight deadlines and high-pressure objectives.
Tech-savvy, detail-oriented, and capable of managing time effectively.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant tools.
