Responsibilities
Identify and pursue new business opportunities through proactive prospecting and industry contacts.
Craft and deliver compelling sales proposals to potential clients.
Ensure accurate qualification of sales opportunities by aligning customer requirements with company capabilities.
Provide sales/revenue forecasts and regular reports to Sales Management for pipeline predictability.

Required
Bachelor’s in business, engineering or electronics.
Minimum 2 years of experience in sales, with a strong manufacturing or electronics discipline.
Exceptional organizational skills with a commitment to weekly activity reporting, attention to detail.
Proficiency in technical aspects of design, materials, and manufacturing processes.
Demonstrated negotiation skills with a tactful approach.
Effective presentation, implementation, and follow-up abilities.
Adaptability to changing environments and priorities.
Previous experience collaborating with OEM’s or electronics manufacturers.
Advanced business office software application skills (MS Office); including Power Point Presentations, Word and Excel.
Ability to travel.
Preferred
Prefer prior PCB manufacturing sales experience.
Excellent customer service skills.
