Responsibilities

Develop and manage relationships with potential new and dormant customers to promote products and services and generate revenue growth.

Identify customer needs and pain points and offer customized solutions that exceed customer expectations & follow the customer proven process.

Utilize utility rebates & solution-based selling approach to educate customers on the benefits and features of energy-efficient products and services.

Collaborate with the sales manager to develop and execute strategies that generate revenue growth.

Manage the sales pipeline and forecast, ensuring accurate and timely reporting of sales activities and results.

Collaborate with other departments, including marketing, product management, and customer service, to ensure alignment and effective execution of sales strategies.

Attend industry events and conferences to promote products and services and identify new sales opportunities.

Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices in sales management, customer relationship management, and outside sales.
