Responsibilities
Leverage robust insights to prospect and secure meetings with potential clients.
Build a strong business case for the company through a consultative and value-driven sales process.
Meet and exceed sales growth goals by developing relationships with key decision makers within target accounts, ultimately securing new business and increasing overall client revenue.
Plan territory by identifying, prioritizing, and tracking progress towards key account metrics and annual quotas.
Present to a wide audience of potential buyers, including C-level and executive sponsors, both in person and virtually.

Required
A sales hunter with a consistent and proven record of exceeding 100% of quota.
Experience managing the entire sales cycle from end to end, including prospecting, pipeline building, cold outreach meetings, and running discovery meetings.
A proven track record in selling within the food and beverage software/tech or insights area is required.
Strategic and creative thinking skills to understand industry and customer trends, applying those insights to deliver business results.
An entrepreneurial spirit, with the ability to manage multiple decision makers during the sales process while providing guidance through a consultative approach.
5+ years of experience in a quota-carrying sales role in the food and beverage, food technology, CPG, or food service industries.
Proficient in utilizing technology within the sales process.
Experience owning the sales process from beginning to end.
