Responsibilities

Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients.
Understand client needs and provide tailored solutions to meet their goals.
Act as the main point of contact for clients, addressing any inquiries or concerns promptly.
Identify potential clients and generate new business opportunities.
Conduct market research to understand industry trends and competitor activities.
Develop sales strategies to penetrate new markets and expand the client base.
Present product/service offerings to clients, highlighting key features and benefits.
Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms to maximize profitability while meeting client needs.
Close sales deals and achieve revenue targets within designated timelines.
Coordinate with internal teams, including marketing, product development, and customer support, to ensure seamless delivery of services to clients.
Provide feedback to management on market trends, client preferences, and product/service enhancements.
Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and revenue forecasts.
Analyze sales data to identify opportunities for improvement and optimize sales strategies.

Required

Proven track record of success in sales, with at least 7-10 years of experience in a Sales Account Executive role
Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build rapport with clients.
Excellent negotiation and persuasion abilities.
Self-motivated and driven to achieve and exceed sales targets.
Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
Proficiency in CRM software and other sales tools.
Knowledge of the industry and market trends.
Adaptability and resilience in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
