Sales Account Manager - Digital Printing Presses

Responsibilities
Develop and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with assigned clients.
Act as the main point of contact and build a deep understanding of clients' business needs and objectives.
Identify opportunities for account growth and upselling additional products or services.
Collaborate with internal teams to tailor solutions to meet client requirements and drive value.
Prospect and identify new business opportunities outside of existing accounts.
Utilize tools and guidance from marketing activities to identify potential clients and industries for expansion.
Develop account plans, sales strategies and proposals to achieve sales targets and objectives.
Work closely with the sales support and business development team to align account strategies with overall company goals.
Collaborate with the marketing team to convert leads into sales opportunities.
Leverage networking and industry knowledge to uncover new business prospects.
Lead contract negotiations, ensuring favorable terms for both the client and the company.
Collaborate with legal and finance teams to finalize contractual arrangements.
Advocate for the client within the organization, ensuring their needs are understood and addressed promptly.
Manage and resolve client concerns, acting as a liaison between the client and internal teams.
Act as a key point of contact for client inquiries, feedback, and issue resolution.
Prepare regular reports on account status, sales activities, and performance metrics.
Analyze data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.

Required
Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
Proven experience in sales or account management roles, with a successful track record in IT solution sales (equipment and services) ideally into the printing and/ or packaging sectors
Strong interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.
Ability to understand and articulate technical solutions to a non-technical audience.
Results-oriented with a focus on exceeding sales targets.
Detail-oriented and organized with excellent time management skills.
Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Ability to travel as required.
