Responsibilities
Driving new business through a combination of selling to End Users, Converters and our Distributor Network
Effectively managing the established book of business by facilitating positive, growth-oriented relationships
Sales strategy development
Sales forecasting
Maximizing sales volume growth consistent with overall business profit margin performance
Emphasizing the PolyMask product lines as a competitive advantage

Required
Minimum of 3 - 5 years' sales experience required.
A solid track record of exceeding growth targets.
Experience and demonstrated success managing and closing technical sales.
Highly effective negotiation and communication skills.
Capacity to prepare and present compelling sales materials.
Skilled at identifying target customers and gaining access to key decision makers.
Ability to negotiate large deals with C-Suite contacts and middle management contacts alike.
Ability to manage complex sales process while leveraging internal and external resources to drive sales execution.
Ability to effectively identify an adequate number of prospects and develop robust strategies to close them.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office, CRM Platforms, SAP C4C, and other internal information systems.
Preferred
Manufacturing or distribution sales experience in the paper or plastics packaging industry is desired.
Experience selling pressure sensitive adhesives, tapes, and/or films in the metals, automotive, construction, industrial and fabricating markets.
Business Intelligence: A robust understanding of Key Market Verticals including distribution channels, industry trends, product needs, and competitive landscape.
