Responsibilities
Building and maintaining relationships with key accounts
Identifying business opportunities
Negotiating and closing business deals
Maintaining extensive knowledge of current market conditions
Developing new business with existing or NEW clients and/or identify areas of improvement
Forecast and track key account metrics
Collaborating with sales team to identify and grow opportunities within territory
Handling complaints and solving problems to ensure customer satisfaction
Coordinating with other departments to ensure consistency and satisfaction
