Responsibilities
Communicating with clients by phone, through email and online meetings to ensure their needs are understood and addressed
Building strong client relationships to maintain old business and acquire new customers
Collaborating with various internal departments to ensure they fulfill all customer requests
Resolving complaints and keeping track of all processes that pertain to the client’s desires
Manage opportunity pipeline against Sales objectives/metrics to exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual targets
Customize product solutions to increase customer satisfaction

Required
Minimum of four (4) years of account sales or account management experience, preferably in a SaaS organization
Track record of successfully saving accounts from churn
Experience working with CRM software
Maintain high standards of integrity and accountability
Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
