Responsibilities

Uphold and demonstrate Rio Nutrition's core values in all interactions and sales activities.

Actively engage with dealers and end-users to communicate Riomax's unique benefits, including the hybrid model, COSTGUARD90™ consumption guarantee, and differentiators like Esqort® and Nutrizorb®. This requires clear communication through phone, text, and email, with occasional travel.

Answer incoming calls from customers and dealers, route inquiries as needed, and document all interactions with voice notes.

Develop strong relationships with new and existing customers, supporting them in proper product usage, helping them measure results, and encouraging increased purchases and referrals.

Inform dealers and customers of current promotions, new products, and any upgrades.

Provide quotes and encourage purchases through a persuasive and knowledgeable approach.

Work closely with the Business Development Manager to ensure a seamless transition from prospect to customer and deliver a WOW experience.

Maintain accurate records of all sales activity within the CRM system to support customer relationship management and sales tracking.

Share insights to refine account management practices and help develop new processes as needed.

Regularly gather feedback, document customer results, and obtain referrals, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and retention.

Adhere to company sales training and processes to deliver consistent, effective results.

Leverage knowledge of Riomax and competitor products to maximize sales potential.

Build and maintain strong relationships with assigned accounts, driving growth in both volume and account base.

Perform other related tasks as assigned.
