Responsibilities
Prepare ad-hoc data pull at customer request from our two primary source data portals – iDig and Discover (Nielsen’s scan data tool)
Updating and maintaining our client drive spaces
Create ‘prep sheets’ & other research to assist with new business development
Utilizing Microsoft Office Suite to build custom reporting
Coding new items for our various suppliers, or updating existing coding to be reflected in our internal database, as well as Nielsen’s database
Requesting market changes to appropriate VIP and NIQ leads, as well as updating internal dashboard markets
Keep an accurate repository of client & prospect selling documents, such as lists of their active items & top markets
Collaborate with consultants on client & prospect needs, update documentation in Monday.com (CRM)

Required
Bachelor's Degree in Analytics, Business Administration and/or another technical field
Intermediate proficiency of SQL, Python and Data Manipulation, Microsoft Access, or other Database Management software
An interest in the Beverage space and curiosity or knowledge on Bev-Alc trends and news is important
Expert in Microsoft Excel (Macros, Pivot Table, Index/Match, Sumifs, etc.)
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities; attention to detail is a must
Ability to work independently and remotely
Preferred
Prior experience using VIP’s (Vermont Information Processing) iDIG platform and Nielsen AOD scan data is a plus
