Responsibilities

Analyze sales data from multiple sources (e.g., Nielsen, Circana/IRI, internal data) to identify trends, opportunities, and challenges
Continually monitor and report on KPIs such as sales growth, distribution levels, market share, and promotional effectiveness
Develop and maintain regular reports, dashboards, and presentations to provide insights to sales and finance teams
Analyze market and competitive data to provide insights into consumer behavior, competitor behavior, and market dynamics
Assist in sales forecasting and demand planning by compiling and clearly presenting historical data and market conditions
Work with cross-functional teams, including sales, finance, marketing, and supply chain, to ensure business strategies are informed by accurate data.
Independently assess the effectiveness of trade promotions and recommend optimization strategies
Ensure the accuracy and integrity of data used for analysis and reporting.

Required

Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, Economics, Statistics, or related field
2-5 years of experience in sales analysis, business analysis, or a related role, preferably within CPG industry

Preferred

Demonstrated proficiency in Excel and data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI), and analytical platforms (e.g., Nielsen, Circana / IRI)
Understanding of retail channels (e.g., grocery, mass, club, convenience)
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication and presentation abilities
Ability to interpret data and translate insights into actionable recommendations
Attention to detail and data accuracy
