Responsibilities
• Identify and Build Relationships : Proactively identify and engage potential clients, with a primary focus on General Contractors and MEP subcontractors.
• Drive Business Growth : Develop and execute strategies to expand BIMTM’s client base, ensuring a steady pipeline of new business opportunities.
• Foster Partnerships : Nurture and manage relationships with partner companies, ensuring consistent communication, shared leads, and mutual success.
• Present BIMTM Services : Confidently communicate BIMTM’s offerings—including coordination, Revit training, and consulting—to potential clients in a clear and compelling way.
• Sales Pipeline Management : Track and manage sales opportunities from initial contact to deal closure, ensuring efficient movement through the pipeline.
• Leverage CRM Tools : Maintain meticulous CRM discipline, documenting and reporting all sales activities and client interactions.
• Collaborate on Marketing Initiatives : Work closely with the marketing team to create targeted campaigns that support business development goals and drive demand.
• Market Intelligence : Stay informed on industry trends, client needs, and market challenges to refine sales approaches and maintain a competitive edge.
• Adapt to Priorities : Respond to shifting business needs by prioritizing high-value opportunities and supporting marketing efforts as required.

Required
Proven experience in sales or business development, ideally within BIM services, construction technology, or a related field.
Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively address client challenges.
Experience working with General Contractors and MEP subcontractors, particularly understanding their pain points related to BIM coordination.
Proficiency with CRM software and a disciplined approach to managing sales pipelines and reporting.
Ability to work independently and in teams, demonstrating accountability and initiative.
Preferred
Familiarity with BIM technology and its applications in construction.
Experience in marketing strategy, digital campaigns, or content creation.
