Responsibilities
Ensure academy graduates secure active bookings upon certification.
Provide ongoing support to students by coordinating schedules and helping them maintain consistent bookings as they begin their careers.
Build partnerships with clients and students to create job opportunities that help students transition successfully into the field.
Attract and enroll new students into our Trainer Academy.
Develop and execute strategies to grow academy attendance and reputation.
Act as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring a seamless and positive experience.
Match clients with the most appropriate trainers based on their specific needs and preferences, maintaining a high standard of service quality.
Act as the primary contact between headquarters and our certified trainers, ensuring smooth communication and alignment of goals.
Address concerns and opportunities with timely solutions to ensure that our certified trainers are fully supported in providing end-to-end service to our clients.
Oversee sales functions for board-and-train services and academy offerings.
Coordinate sales efforts between certified trainers, academy graduates, and potential clients.
Build and maintain a comprehensive sales pipeline to track and convert leads.
Develop systems to ensure certified trainers’ alignment with company standards.
Regularly report to leadership on performance metrics and areas for improvement.

Required
Proven experience in sales, certified trainer management, or customer relationship coordination.
