Responsibilities
You’ll be at the forefront of building our sales function—identifying opportunities, closing deals, and shaping how we grow.
You’ll connect directly with healthcare leaders, HR executives, and industry influencers who are as passionate about mental health as we are.
Your role will evolve as we grow. For the first 3 months, it’s commission-only. Once we secure deals, we aim to bring you on full-time to lead sales strategy and help scale Recess to new heights.

Required
Proven track record of selling in the healthcare space, ideally with HR or mental health solutions.
Deep care for mental health and belief in making an impact for those on the front lines of care.
Ability to thrive in ambiguity, enjoy wearing many hats, and excitement to build something meaningful from scratch.
Enjoyment of working with an international team that values creativity, innovation, and personal growth.
