Responsibilities
Collect, analyze, and interpret data from various sources (CRM, marketing platforms, sales reports, etc.) to measure the effectiveness of sales and marketing campaigns.
Create and maintain dashboards and reports to track KPIs such as lead generation, conversion rates, customer acquisition cost (CAC), customer lifetime value (CLTV), and return on investment (ROI).
Provide regular performance reports and actionable insights to the sales and marketing teams.
Analyze data to identify trends, sales opportunities, and areas for improvement.
Support the OccHealth and MDP teams with forecast modeling and pipeline analysis.
Track the performance of individuals and suggest strategies for improvement.
Evaluate the performance of marketing campaigns (e.g., digital ads, email marketing, social media, events) to assess effectiveness and ROI.
Use A/B testing, customer segmentation, and other analytical methods to recommend improvements to marketing strategies.
Assist in the optimization of marketing spend based on performance metrics.
Conduct market research to identify industry trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences.
Provide insights into market opportunities and customer behavior that can inform product development and positioning.
Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to develop and execute data-driven strategies.
Collaborate with other departments (e.g., product, finance) to ensure alignment on business objectives and strategy.
Support the marketing team in developing strategies and promotional campaigns based on data insights.
Recommend and implement process improvements to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of sales and marketing efforts.
Stay up to date with industry best practices, emerging tools, and technologies that can improve data analysis and campaign performance.
Treats patients and co-workers consistent with the NextCare Mission Statement, Vision, Values and Performance Standards.
Performs other related duties as assigned or described in Company policy.

Required
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Economics, Statistics, or a related field.
2-4 years of experience in a sales and marketing analytics role or similar position.
Strong understanding of sales and marketing metrics, with a proven ability to analyze and interpret data.
Familiarity with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) and marketing platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, HubSpot, Mailchimp, etc.).
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
Proficient in Excel.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present data findings to non-technical stakeholders.
Ability to work collaboratively and cross-functionally in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred
Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI)
Advanced skills in Excel (e.g., pivot tables, VLOOKUP)
Understanding of SEO, SEM, email marketing, and digital advertising metrics
