Responsibilities

Conduct market research to identify potential clients and key decision makers

Utilize tools such as a CRM to gather and maintain accurate contact information

Stay informed about relevant industry trends, competitors, market opportunities, and lead generating methods and opportunities

Build and maintain lead generating systems and processes

Recommend, help select, and monitor 3rd party providers

Develop social media presence and leverage social media to generate leads

Work closely with Sales and Marketing partners to align all content and branding efforts

Execute strategy and develop processes to generate qualified leads

Personalize outreach efforts for cold and warm leads

Maintain the lead database in the CRM with accurate lifecycle statuses

Perform and track follow-up communications

Schedule meetings with prospective clients

Monitor and analyze lead generation KPIs

Monitor and analyze sales cycle KPIs

Prepare and present regular reports on outcomes

Use insights to recommend strategies to improve lead generation and closing sales
