Responsibilities
Oversee the optimization and maintenance of sales and marketing platforms including but not limited to the CRM, marketing automation tools.
Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to assess, refine, and implement processes that increase operational efficiency.
Ensure that teams have access to the resources they need to operate effectively, including proper training on new technologies and platforms.
Build and maintain sales enablement tools including a content library and creation of new material.
Work closely with other stakeholders to support the technical aspects of sales and marketing tools and data systems.
Support the sales and marketing team with key planning and operations tasks to support day-to-day workflow.
Manage the creation and distribution of reports on key sales and marketing metrics, including conversion rates, lead generation performance, and sales cycle analysis.
Track the performance of marketing campaigns and sales initiatives to ensure alignment with goals and objectives.
Continuously monitor and assess the effectiveness of sales and marketing technologies, making recommendations for improvements and optimizations.
Act as a liaison between sales and marketing teams to ensure smooth communication and alignment on goals, strategies, and performance metrics.
Troubleshoot issues and provide ongoing training, as necessary.
Coordinate cross-functional meetings and own projects that facility swift and effective issue resolution.
Support the coordination and execution of marketing campaigns, product launches, and other sales enablement initiatives.
Foster a culture of collaboration and knowledge sharing between sales and marketing.

Required
5+ years in sales or marketing operations, business operations or related field
Intermediate to expert level of experience in Hubspot management (experience in other robust CRM tools such as Salesforce will be considered), marketing automation and reporting tools.
Excellent project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to troubleshoot issues and drive process improvements.
Exceptional communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work cross-functionally.
Detail-oriented with a strong focus on accuracy and consistency in reporting data.
Preferred
Experience in B2B SaaS, technology industry
Familiarity with sales enablement tools and content management systems.
Proficiency in data analysis and reporting, data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, Keen).
