Responsibilities

Engage with Leads : Proactively reach out to wedding professionals who show interest in our high-impact coaching programs and book appointments.
Close on Consultative Calls : Conduct Zoom sales calls to convert leads into clients, guiding them with a consultative approach that fosters trust and excitement.
Follow-Up & Nurture : Stay in touch with potential clients, reigniting their enthusiasm for achieving their business goals with our program.
Seamless Client Handoffs : Ensure new clients feel welcome and ready to succeed as they enter our program.
Collaborate & Contribute : Be part of our supportive team culture with daily huddles, shared objectives, and ongoing skill development.
Refine Sales Strategy : Work with our team to continually improve scripts, tactics, and approaches to boost conversion rates.
Drive to Close : Lead the team’s energy with your high drive for results, pushing toward successful deals and helping us scale impact.

Required

Appointment-Setting Experience: Prior experience setting and closing sales calls, especially for high-ticket offers.
Resilient & Driven: Determined to achieve KPIs, you thrive in the face of rejection and stay focused on goals.
High-Energy & Positive: You bring positivity to every call and a collaborative spirit to the team.
Full-Time Availability: Open availability to schedule and close calls consistently.
Adaptability & Learning Focus: Eager to master new techniques in appointment setting and closing.
Social Media Savvy: An eye for trends and tools that help boost outreach and engagement.
Proven experience in both appointment setting and closing for high-ticket offers.
Strong KPI performance and goal-driven mindset.
Expertise in sales strategy and an ability to implement and refine sales approaches.
Excellent communication, organizational, and time-management skills.
Ability to thrive in a remote, independent role with high accountability.

Preferred

Familiarity with the wedding industry.
Eastern or Central time zone availability.

Benefits

Commission: 10% on our $4,800 coaching program, plus a $250 paid-in-full bonus.
