Responsibilities
The Specialist reports directly to the Senior Communications Manager. The primary duties include routing incoming communications from sales and customers to the appropriate technician for problem resolution.
The incoming communications will be related to a new pharmaceutical e-commerce platform. Additional duties may include logging metrics and communicating problem resolutions back to sales and customers.
Demonstrates a basic understanding of communication media and best practices
Excellent communication skills
Ability to interpret and act using analytic skills

Can manage multiple workstreams at one time

Required
2+ years' experience in related roles or with relative experience
Bachelor's Degree
Excellent communication skills
Ability to interpret and act using analytic skills
Attention to detail and timelines
Can manage multiple workstreams at one time
2-3 years Sales & business development experience
2-3 years of experience in communication and digital marketing
healthcare experience is needed
Preferred
Marketing: 2 years
bachelor's degree would be nice
