Responsibilities
Execute end-to-end membership recruitment processes, from identifying prospects to securing active memberships.
Develop and implement strategies for memberships, advertising, events, and programs to meet revenue goals.
Maintain a pipeline of prospects, managing recruitment cycles from lead generation through closure.
Provide outstanding support and guidance to new and existing members, serving as their primary point of contact.
Keep members informed about updates, events, and opportunities through various communication channels.
Develop and execute strategies to enhance member engagement, satisfaction, and retention.
Process membership applications, renewals and maintain accurate and up-to-date membership records.
Identify at-risk members and create personalized strategies to address their concerns and ensure renewals.
Collect and analyze member data to inform continuous improvement initiatives.
Act as a brand ambassador, representing the company at industry conferences, trade shows, and events.
Stay current on industry trends, best practices, and advancements to provide valuable insights to members.
Assist in preparing monthly and quarterly reports for the Community Ambassador Manager and Director of Membership.
Support decision-making for basic projects and conduct research to provide policy and solution recommendations.

Required
A Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field is required.
Recent experience in membership management, customer service, and/or sales.
Proficient in Microsoft Office; knowledge of membership database programs is a plus.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Proficiency in using various communication platforms.
Genuine passion for providing exceptional service and fostering community connections.
