Responsibilities

Collaborate with key stakeholders including Product, Marketing, Sales, Channel and Customer Success to deliver programming that meets Sumo’s business objectives.
Design, enhance and implement enablement programs, content and resources to help new hires, tenured sales and channel teams drive productivity as they create, advance and close deals
Build effective relationships across Sumo Logic globally driving alignment to ensure successful implementation and results of all programs
Stay abreast of enablement trends and technology both inside and outside of Sumo Logic to ensure a simple, seamless learning experience for our sales organization
Monitor and report on programming
Contribute your experience and expertise in creating a world-class sales enablement function at Sumo Logic
Limited travel may be required as needed.

Required

7+ years experience working in corporate learning, sales enablement, sales strategy, sales productivity, partner strategy and enablement, or similar roles for a SaaS - Cloud company.
Excellent communications skills with high ability to drive consensus
A curious learner & listener with ability to identify root cause needs
Deep knowledge of sales processes, methodologies and solution selling best practices
Thrives in a fast paced, ever-changing SaaS environment
Effective at synthesizing and distilling large amounts of information with a deep-understanding of what constitutes sales-relevant content
Proven track record of scoping, building and implementing enablement programs with supporting resources
Strong presentation skills
Proven ability to anticipate needs, be proactive and work independently
Technology Skills & Experience: Google Suite, Mac OS, Mindtickle (or other learning & content management system), LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Outreach, Salesforce, Microsoft Office.

Preferred

Cyber security background with familiarity of competitive landscape a plus
