Responsibilities
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and ensure satisfaction
Develop and execute strategies to grow existing accounts and acquire new clients, aligning with organizational goals

Work closely with cross-functional teams to optimize service delivery and enhance client engagement

Required
Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and ensure satisfaction
Sales Strategy Development: Develop and execute strategies to grow existing accounts and acquire new clients, aligning with organizational goals
Performance Monitoring: Track account performance metrics and identify opportunities for improvement and growth

Training and Support: Provide guidance and support to clients, helping them maximize the value of our products and services
Preferred
Proven experience in account management or a similar role is preferred, but entry-level candidates with strong communication skills are also encouraged to apply
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with clients
Ability to work independently in a remote setting, demonstrating initiative and accountability
Comfortable using data to assess performance and inform decision-making
Proficient in virtual communication tools and CRM software to manage client interactions effectively
