Responsibilities

Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy to achieve business targets, focusing on expanding the customer base and revenue growth.
Identify new business opportunities and key target markets for sales, considering both short-term and long-term business objectives.
Lead the sales forecasting process, providing accurate revenue projections and updates on key performance metrics.
Identify, evaluate, and establish strategic partnerships with key stakeholders, including technology providers, industry influencers, and channel partners.
Build and maintain long-term relationships with strategic partners, negotiating mutually beneficial agreements and ensuring the successful execution of joint initiatives.
Collaborate with partners to co-develop go-to-market strategies, marketing campaigns, and other initiatives that drive mutual business success.
Generate leads through networking, industry events, and market research to drive new business development opportunities.
Manage the full sales cycle from initial contact to closing deals, ensuring a seamless transition to account management.
Maintain strong relationships with existing clients, providing excellent customer service and ensuring client satisfaction and retention.
Stay updated on industry trends, competitors, and market conditions to identify new opportunities and refine sales approaches.
Conduct in-depth market research to better understand customer needs, pain points, and buying behaviors.
Analyze and report on competitive activities and suggest strategic adjustments to stay ahead in the market.
Work closely with the marketing team to create effective sales collateral, campaigns, and promotional materials.
Collaborate with product and development teams to understand new offerings and ensure they meet the needs of potential partners and clients.
Partner with internal operations teams to ensure smooth implementation and execution of partnerships and sales agreements.
Track sales activities, partnership performance, and revenue metrics to ensure goals are met and identify areas for improvement.
Provide regular updates to leadership on sales performance, pipeline health, and partnership outcomes.
Use CRM and other sales tools to document and track all communications, opportunities, and pipeline activities.
Lead negotiations and close high-value sales contracts and partnership agreements.
Coordinate with legal, finance, and other relevant departments to finalize terms, pricing, and contract details.
Ensure contracts and agreements align with company goals, policies, and strategic initiatives.

Required

Proven experience in a sales role with a strong track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Experience in complex B2B sales environments is a plus.
Experience in identifying, negotiating, and managing strategic partnerships, with a strong understanding of how partnerships can drive business growth.
Strong negotiation skills with a keen ability to close deals and secure win-win outcomes for both the company and partners.
Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, both internally and externally.
A deep understanding of the industry (e.g., tech, SaaS, entertainment, finance, etc.) and market trends.
Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to craft compelling proposals and presentations.
Ability to think strategically and solve complex business challenges while identifying new revenue opportunities.
Experience using CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and other sales management tools to track performance and sales activities.

Preferred

Ability to mentor and guide junior sales team members as the company grows.
Experience in managing projects and coordinating cross-functional teams to deliver on sales and partnership objectives.
Experience working in global markets and understanding cultural nuances in sales and partnership management.
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field.
Master’s degree or additional certifications in sales or business development is a plus.

Benefits

Workspace setup bonus $400 USD gross
Bonuses in September and December, $300 USD gross each
Vacation bonus $500 USD gross
Floating days (Ex: Birthday off)
