Responsibilities
Conduct high-volume outbound prospecting via phone, email, and social media to identify and qualify potential clients
Research and understand the target market and industries to effectively communicate value propositions
Set appointments and schedule meetings or demos for the sales team
Build and maintain a pipeline of leads to support the sales process
Collaborate internally to develop targeted campaigns
Maintain detailed records of lead interactions in CRM and ensure follow-up actions are completed
Follow-up on inbound leads and inquiries generated from marketing campaigns or events
Assist in the preparation of sales reports and presentations for management
Stay updated on industry trends and competitive products to communicate effectively with prospects

Required
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
1-2 years of experience in sales, business development, or related field
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
Highly motivated with a strong work ethic and goal-oriented mindset
Ability to handle rejection and maintain a positive attitude
Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment
Strong organizational and time-management skills
Preferred
Experience in SaaS or B2B sales
Experience using CRM tools (Apollo)
Prospecting and lead generation
