Responsibilities
Develop a thorough understanding of the All Day Energy Solution™ program and cellular health principles.
Effectively communicate the program's value and processes to prospects, addressing any questions transparently and attractively.
Use Company-provided scripts as a resource for call guidance.
Conduct scheduled All Day Energy Consult™ calls with prospects who book through the Company’s scheduling platform.
Maximize enrollment of qualified prospects into the All Day Energy Solution™ program.
Process payments and financing paperwork using Company-mandated software and forms, adhering to legal and procedural standards.
Utilize Company-provided tutorials, videos, and hands-on support for compliance.
Conduct follow-up communications via text, email, or phone as necessary to close sales while maintaining required results.
Track prospect flow and sales cycle, providing detailed notes on each prospect.
Submit reports on commissions and sales using the Company's internal resources.
Maintain thorough records in Company-designated software.
Onboard prospects and relay necessary information to Programs, Finance,& Administration departments.
Uphold professionalism in all correspondence (e.g., social media, email, calls).
Engage with every lead who attends or shows up for their scheduled call.
Be available to conduct 25–30 scheduled calls per week, approximately one hour each, based on your schedule and lead availability.
Achieve a minimum 25% close rate within 30 days of provided leads while maintaining prospect quality.
Record all calls and submit recordings within 24 hours.
Provide accurate tracking of completed, canceled, or no-show calls using the provided tracker spreadsheet.

Required
At least 1 year of prior sales experience, preferably consultative sales, with a proven track record of success.
Demonstrated knowledge OR Previous experience in cellular health, nutrition, and holistic wellness.
Able to pass background and reference checks.
Living and able to work in the United States
Understands HIPPA confidentiality practices
Documentation and assessment skills a MUST
Ability to adapt to changes quickly and maintain transparency with prospects.
Resilience to rejection and willingness to engage in challenging conversations.
Strong work ethic and commitment to continuous improvement.
Proficiency in basic tech platforms (e.g., Gmail, Facebook, Zoom, Google Docs) and openness to learning Company systems.
Available to work Monday – Friday during east coast standard business hours (9am to 5pm).
Weekly 1:1 meetings with your direct report.
Team Huddles with the sales manager.
Daily communication via Slack.
