Responsibilities
Engage with warm leads and inquiries via phone, email, and messaging platforms to convert them into paying clients.
Conduct consultative sales calls to identify client needs, address concerns, and present tailored solutions.
Build strong relationships with potential clients to foster trust and confidence in our services.
Effectively utilize GoHighLevel CRM to manage leads, track interactions, and maintain detailed records of the sales pipeline.
Follow up consistently with prospects who express interest but have not yet committed.
Meet or exceed sales targets and performance metrics.
Provide feedback on lead quality and collaborate with the team to improve lead generation efforts.

Required
Proven experience in B2C sales, with a strong track record of closing deals.
Proficiency in using GoHighLevel CRM (mandatory).
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
Strong listening and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport quickly.
Highly organized, self-motivated, and able to manage time effectively.
Familiarity with consultative or solution-based sales approaches.
A results-oriented mindset with a focus on achieving and exceeding goals.
Experience in handling objections and navigating client hesitations confidently.
Preferred
Experience working in a freelance or remote sales role.
Knowledge of our specific industry or service offerings (helpful but not required; training will be provided).
Basic understanding of digital marketing and lead generation processes.
