Responsibilities
Daily review of recorded consultation meetings to provide detailed feedback and coaching.
Refine sales scripts, objection-handling techniques, and value presentation for the annual package.
Collaborate with the founder to structure an effective and repeatable sales process.
Develop strategies for handling prospects at various stages of the sales funnel.

Required
Proven experience as a Sales Coach, Sales Trainer, or in a similar role with a strong focus on consultative sales.
Expertise in closing high-ticket annual packages and managing value-based objections.
Strong analytical and communication skills to provide constructive feedback.
Ability to commit to 5 hours per week on a flexible schedule.
Preferred
Experience working with B2C audiences, particularly parents (moms) and educational products, is a plus.
