Responsibilities

Work with advisors, field offices, and business partners to ensure compensation is paid appropriately.
Adhere to state and federal regulations.
Excel in a fast-paced position that will provide you with long term growth opportunity.
Assist advisors by recognizing and researching unusual, complex, or problematic situations.
Communicate effectively with internal and external customers by phone and via email.

Required

High school graduate required.
4+ years of experience required.
Exceptional customer services skills required via phone calls and emails.
Ability to balance multiple priorities, willing to meet same day deadlines, and evaluate and improve processes.
Demonstrated ability in computer usage, competence, and proficiency at keyboarding.
Ability to develop a broad understanding of insurance operations, products and concepts across all lines.
Excellent organizational, written and verbal communication, and multi-tasking skills in a fast paced, changing environment with high accuracy and within established turnaround times.
Analytical approach with the ability to troubleshoot, identify issues, and implement solutions.

Preferred

Associates or Bachelor’s degree preferred.
Customer service, financial service industry experience preferred.
Experience working in Salesforce and/or similar CRM software is preferred.
Proficiency in Excel for accurately processing compensation data.
The ability to work with advanced Excel functions and macros.
A basic understanding of accounting principles or commission structures is a plus.

Benefits
