Required
Highly analytical skills
Experience in administration of sales compensation programs
Knowledge of incentive structures, commissions, bonuses, and sales performance data
Ability to manage the end-to-end process of sales compensation administration
Experience in calculating and auditing sales commissions
Ability to ensure timely and accurate compensation payouts
Experience in analyzing sales performance data to recommend adjustments or improvements
