Responsibilities

Lead Management: Track, manage, and follow up on inbound leads to ensure timely and personalized responses. Engage with leads through email, phone calls, and other channels as needed.
Client Outreach Support: Assist with the preparation of outreach materials tailored to specific client needs, such as case studies, industry updates, and other relevant resources.
Sales Support: Collaborate with the sales team to execute tasks that facilitate the sales process, including updating CRM systems, scheduling meetings, and preparing follow-up emails.
Market Research: Stay updated on trends and developments within the K-12 education sector, and share insights that can inform sales strategies.
Reporting: Maintain regular reports on lead status, engagement activities, and other relevant metrics to inform sales strategies and objectives.
Administrative Tasks: Handle various administrative duties such as document preparation, data entry, and task management to support the sales team effectively.

Required

General classroom and teaching experience, ideally with some experience in sales or customer-facing roles.
Strong organizational and time-management skills with an ability to manage multiple priorities.
Proficiency with CRM tools and MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) or similar productivity tools.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to draft professional and engaging emails.
Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and capable of adapting to evolving priorities.
Attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.

Preferred

Familiarity with the education industry and knowledge of current trends and challenges in the sector.
Experience using sales enablement and automation tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) is a plus.
Prior experience drafting outreach content for sales purposes.
