Responsibilities

Assistant to your head of operations at your Clay agency ColdIQ
Project manager type position, that can manage the operations of the entire coaching program, including video organization, thumbnails and co-ordinating designers
Someone to watch all the videos recorded by the team and give direction to the editing team.
The main responsibility is to be able to coordinate and orchestrate different service providers. We work with a lot of editors, and external agencies who are giving us feedback about our coaching program.
Someone who can align with our design team to create all the different assets for the program.
Plan and oversee advertising projects from concept through execution.
Manage communication and collaboration with team members and stakeholders.
Ensure projects stay within budget and meet designated timelines.
Identify and mitigate risks throughout the project lifecycle.
Review project deliverables for quality and accuracy.
Develop content marketing strategies to attract and engage potential customers.
Create and curate high-quality content such as blog posts, case studies, and white papers that speak to target audiences.
Assist in the planning and execution of marketing campaigns to generate interest and convert leads.
Collaborate with the sales team to ensure alignment between sales goals and content strategies.
Track and analyze lead generation metrics to measure success and optimize strategies.

Required

Previous experience in sales development & project manager or lead generation, preferably in the tech industry & fast paced environment.
Bachelor's degree in marketing, business management, or a related field.
Proficient in communication tools like Slack, with strong skills in Dropbox and Google Drive.
Ability to overlap at least 4 to 5 hours with the Spanish time zone.
High intelligence, can work on own initiative with high attention to details.
Experience in a similar role, with proven results essential.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
Familiarity with project management tools and methodologies.
Experience in client management and relationship building.
Strong background in content marketing with a proven ability to create engaging content.
Familiarity with marketing automation tools and CRM software.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote environment.
