Responsibilities
Conduct heavy outbound calls to prospective customers using Connect and Sell software and database.
Introduce products or services to potential clients and explain their benefits and features.
Qualify leads and gather relevant information such as contact details, needs, management company information, manager and telecom contact expiration date. Follow scripts or guidelines for effective communication and sales pitches.
Build rapport with prospects and address any objections or concerns they may have.
Set up appointments or meetings for the sales team with interested prospects.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of calls, interactions, and outcomes in salesforce CRM software.
Collaborate with the sales team to develop strategies for lead generation and conversion.
Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets and KPI’s.
Continuously learn about products, industry trends, and sales techniques to improve performance.
This individual should thrive in a fast paced, fast growth environment.
