Responsibilities
Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for a high volume of positions, from sourcing and screening candidates to conducting interviews and extending offers.
Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and priorities.
Develop and execute recruitment strategies to attract and engage a diverse pool of qualified candidates.
Utilize various sourcing methods, including job boards, social media, employee referrals, and networking, to identify potential candidates.
Screen resumes and applications to evaluate candidates' qualifications and experience.
Conduct phone interviews to assess candidates' skills, competencies, and cultural fit.

Required
2+ years of professional, customer-facing experience.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work under pressure, meet tight deadlines, and handle a high workload.
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Self-motivated, organized, and adaptable.
Preferred
1-2 years of sales experience.
Experience in cold calling.
Line 1 management experience with hiring duties.
Proven experience in a high volume or fast paced environment.
Associate or Bachelor's Degree preferred.
