Responsibilities
Conduct research to identify potential leads and target accounts.
Reach out to prospects through various channels (email, phone, social media) to initiate conversations with direct and partner prospects.
Follow up on inbound leads and inquiries promptly.
Qualify leads based on predefined criteria and pass them to the sales team.
Build relationships with prospects and educate them on the value of our products.
Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to develop strategies for lead generation.
Schedule meetings and demos for the sales team.
Collaborate with the sales team to schedule prospect calls, meetings, and product demos.
Exceed monthly quotas of qualified appointments/demos scheduled.
Maintain and update the CRM system with accurate lead and prospect information.
Provide regular reports on lead generation activities and outcomes.
Continuously learn and stay updated on industry trends and product knowledge.
Willingness to be flexible with working hours, including participating in 'call jacking' sessions and attending meetings that may occur outside of standard working hours, particularly during the onboarding period.

Preferred
Previous sales experience with a background in the ERP or Accounts Payable space is an asset.
The ability to thrive in a fast-paced startup/scale up environment.
Experience carrying and exceeding KPI’s and targets
